Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible to:
• Oversee HR programs to meet current and future needs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop local HR strategies that is in line with company strategy
• Partner with managers to implement HR strategies tailored to business needs.
• Recommend HR program changes based on future workforce projections.
• Lead HR team to implement strategy effectively, ensuring compliance with health, safety, wellness, and employment regulations.
• Manage recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation.
• Anticipate workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Oversee payroll processes for accurate, compliant payments.
• Provide budget and HR policy recommendations.
• Any other ad-hoc HR-related matters
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration of equivalent
• At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, manufacturing industry preferred
• Experience dealing with trade unions would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and leader
• Able to work on site (5 days a week)
