Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Regional Program Executive.
Job Scope:
Plan, Manage and execute implementation/on boarding of new businesses
Support the Program/Project Manager on various Internal and External customer projects and initiatives by
Creating GANTT Charts
Project Flow Diagrams
Writing and Developing Standard Operating procedures
Conducting training with local branch offices
Managing Key progress meetings and providing regular updates to the project/implementation stakeholders
Developing Report Automation
EDI enhancement and deployment
New EDI implementation with IT
Process enhancement
Create and Review WI developed by other account teams
Provide consultation and support on business aspects for Regional IT

Requirement:
Diploma/ Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, International Business or related majors.
Min 2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding (Air Freight preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, Powerpoint.
Able to learn new systems and software quickly.
Experience in at least one aspect of freight forwarding Operations. Export or Import, Preferable if experienced in both.
Responsible and able to work remotely to deliver key tasks completed on time.
