Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related field

Job Responsibilities:
• Handling full spectrum of order fulfilment activities (including processing of Delivery and Purchase Orders)
• Responsible for the verification of shipping documents
• Prepare documents like invoice & packing list for Export etc
• Responsible for LJC documentation, B/L, Certification of Origin
• Knowledge of payment term – incoterms L/C, D/P etc
• Knowledge of customs declaration .8, Tradenet process
• Arranging and coordinating LCL/FCL for both import and export shipments either by sea. air or courier
• Maintain records for all shipments
• Creation and preparation of replenishing orders, releasing for pick and place to 3PL, tracking of progress until goods issue
• Communication with Finance on planning of stock take
• Defective stock report management
• Housekeeping of office storeroom inventory
