Job Duties:
• As an integral member of the HR team, you will support HR Business Partners in managing initiatives and programs related to manpower planning, budgeting and employee engagement.
• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support HR Business Partners and Line Leaders in budgeting and manpower planning.
• Analyse and update staffing requirements into budget system.
• Timely provision of headcount and staff cost forecast and budget reports.
• Respond promptly to staffs queries on HR related matters.
• Ensure that HR administration tasks, such as contract renewals. changes in staffs details. resignations, etc. are followed up till closure and updates input in HR systems.
• Any other adhoc HR duties. Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Business Administration with focus in Human Resource Management preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of business partnering experience preferred but fresh graduate can also be considered.
• Analytical and good with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive and independent.
• Collaborative and outcome focus.
• Hands-on with ability to multi-task in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of employment legislation, general HR policies and best practices
