Job Description:
The Job:
• Oversee Accounts team to ensure smooth daily operations and review their work. Check cashflow payment vouchers, LC, TR financing, receivable financing, purchase orders, bank reconciliations, stock reconciliations, claims and etc
• Prepare sales and profit forecast
• Prepare cashflow forecast and bank facility limit to forecast
• Prepare management accounts and present to the CEOs
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secret,’ and lawyers
• Liaise with suppliers on claims and discrepancies
• Liase with insurance companies on company insurance policies and claims
• Check and review stock reports from the warehouses and ensure that stocks are moving as plan
• Handle accounts and transactions
• Maintain accounts and transactions for G&P
• Liaise with IT for related matters
• Prepare payroll and CPF submission
The Talent:
• Degree in Accountancy/ Finance
• 5 years of relevant Accounting experiences
• Immediate / Short notice
