Job Description
Our client, a well-known Japanese MNC is currently looking for a Bakery Chef position.
Responsibilities:
• Well versed in culinary arts with a passion & creations
• Able to prepare a wide varieties of bread, cookies and etc
• Responsible for the high standard food quality and consistency
• Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with NEA standards
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work station and equipments
Job Requirements:
• Posses Certificate in Culinary Arts, Pastry-making, Baking or relevant field
• Around 5-10 years experience in relevant fields
• Cooking experience is an advantage
• Work closer and co-operates with other colleagues to achieve highest possible satisfaction of food items
• Able to work independently as well
• Fast, efficient & organized
• Willing to travel
