Monday-Friday
8:30am-5:30pm
6 months contract
• Prepare & Circulate Monthly Invoices for payments
• Preparation of Monthly Accrual reports
• Maintain & Update documentation into the serve, files
• Prepare monthly billing request
• Prepare Security Deposit refund
• Handle tenants fitting-out/reinstatement submissions
• Other general administrative and clerical duties
Requirements: Must have experience in Admin
