Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Assist in recording supplier invoices. cash payment & other data entry
• Assist in maintaining receivables aging records
• Processing invoices for payments
• Posting transactions to journals & other records
• Sales & payment documentation
• To help out in customer service if required
• General office administration
Requirements:
• Good computer skills required – knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Basic mathematical aptitude. bookkeeping skills
