Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting (balance sheet, profit and loss and trial balance)
• Perform and preparation of month end closing
• Prepare monthly report and preparation of monthly schedule
• Prepare man hour costing spreadsheet by project based
• Ensure that internal controls and policies are complied
• Liaise with external bank officers, auditors, government agencies, etc.
• Review of work such as international salaries, quarterly GST

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work under constant pressure and deliver results within deadlines
• Organized and meticulous
• Able to work independently
• Knowledge in MYOB is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS. Excel – Pivot Table/ VLOOKUP
• Traveling may be required.
