Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to end-user.
Responsible for design and provision of enterprise infrastructures.
Implementation and management of IT infrastructure & operations
Administration of Microsoft 365
Provide guidance and IT training to end-users
Cybersecurity management, Change management and Incident management
Vendor management,
Develop IT guidelines and procedures, including technical documentation
Participate in IT Disaster Recovery
Other duties as assigned by the Management and ICT Manager

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Server, Network, IT Security administration. Good knowledge of workstation, desktop, laptop and smartphone.
Experience in Office 365, FortiGate and Endpoint Security
Experience in Network Infrastructure design and setup
Familiarity in VMware/Hyper V or Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage
Familiarity with international information security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, COBIT)
Good knowledge of software licensing, IT security and IT operations.
Ability to work after office hours or weekend if required
