Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and maintaining Quality Management systems / Procedures / Inspection Instructions.
Create and review and update quality function work instruction FMEA, Control plan when needed.
Identify and execute the development in methods to improve IQA in final inspection
Develop relevant key quality measurement indicators
Work on process weakness, deep-dive data analysis through the collaboration with internal cross-functional teams for further development
Participate in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management System audits
Provide QA function support for new products from NPI to mass production to build a robust process controls and quality assurance.
Perform other duties as needed and directed by superior or Top Management.
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge and application in Quality Tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D problem-solving discipline structure
Familiar and application knowledge in QMS (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949)
Experience with data mining, trend analysis, control charting, statistical analysis would be added advantage
Knowledgeable in QMS/Manufacturing process auditing skill
