Responsibilities:
• Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) review from internal and external counterparties
• Review the contract document (inclusive from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thai, Myanmar, Vietnam and India)
• Corporate legal contract representative
• Working with contract la,er if necessary
• Review other regional compliances
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Law
• 5-. years of relevant experiences
• Knowledge of CSR
