Job Description:
Duration: 5 months
Location: Pandan Loop
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 830aqm – 530pm
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for order processing
– Perform order entry or validate orders entered by remote Customer Service colleagues
– Liaise with various departments such as Planning. Production, Warehouse, QC, Shipping and Regulatory to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to customers based on First Confirmed Dates, thus meeting Supply Chain’s KPIs
– Log-in customer complaints into Q-Notification (Complaint System) and assist Complaint Team in getting complaint samples. information on storage conditions, end application etc to aid investigation
– Coordinate goods return or product recall if required.
Requirements:
– Candidate should possess at least a Diploma
– Min 5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing preferred
– Good interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written communication skills
– Proficiency in Ms Excel with SAP experience will be advantageous
– We are looking for candidate with customer service experience in manufacturing industry proficient in Ms Excel & SAP.
– Candidates with 3rd language (Tagalog or Thai) will be preferred.
