Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Check and monitor employee daily attendance, leave record and overtime calculations
• Recruitment & Selection Process employee work pass related matters (eg. Application. renewal, tracking levy charges)
• Process and conduct exit procedure and on boarding
• Planning for employee relations event
• Ensure all policies are up to date in accordance to company’s practice
• Assist in L&D planning 8, administration
• Processing administrative duties
• Address any personnel related queries from employees
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
