Job Description:
• Account Servicing, and develop new customer/business opportunity in Singapore and Asian region
• Responsible for regional sales of building material and machinery
• Responsible for trading import and export documentation
• Prepare shipping documentations and shipping requirements are fulfilled
• Handle clients, sales presentation, contracts, coordination and sales documents
• Liaise with warehouse, customer, supplier, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth flow of shipment
• Keep track of delivery schedules and shipment
• Coordinate sales order and handle PO processing of internal and external requisition
• Update and maintain purchase order file
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree
• Experience in handling trading documents along with sales
• 2 to 3 years of experience in trading documentation (import & export) & regional sales experience in building material and machinery/construction
• Having exposure to trading industry or construction or machinery/spare parts is relevant
• Willing to travel for overseas business trip (average 3 time a year to Asian countries)
