Job Description:
Duties:
• Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately and serve them with beverages.
• Answer, screen and follow up with incoming phone calls.
• Receive and sort daily mail and parcels (including tender documents).
• Ensure reception area and all meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material available at all times.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor
• logbook, issue visitor/contractor pass, etc)
• Manage office supplies such as first aid box, beverages, pantry provision, electrical and lighting spare parts, and vending machines. • Manage corporate passes booking by balloting system.
• Liaise with electrician and cleaners for company maintenance services.

Responsibilities:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”0″ Level, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
