Responsibilities:
• Prepare internal and external job advertisements
• Source for potential candidates
• Arrange and conduct interviews, test, reference checks
• New employee orientation
• Suggest changes to HR policies
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Recruitment experience in a life science/research industry will have an added advantage
• People oriented and strong interpersonal skills
