Job Description:
Location: Somerset (Near MRT)
Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, 10.30am – 7.30pm & Alt Saturdays, 10.30am – 3.30pm
Salary: Up to $2,000
Duration: 3 months (Extendable/ Renewable)

Job Description:
– Processing and coordinating of orders
– Establishing of distributor relations and maintaining of accounts
– Preparation of certificates and arranging of shipments
– Responsible with making of logistics arrangement
– Answering of internal calls and replying of emails
– Liaising with external and overseas vendors
– Supporting sales and marketing department for promotions launched
– Responsible with generation of quarterly reports
– Supporting overseas corporate events.

Job Requirements:
– Singaporeans Only
– Possess at least a Diploma
– Able to work independently, multitask and perform in a dynamic environment and meeting specific tight timelines
– Detail oriented, meticulous and systematic
– Strong team player and highly skilled to work constructively in teams under time pressure
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel and Word); willingness to learn new software tools
