About This Job:
– Provide strong logistics services (eg.which is canteen service, vehicle arrangement, office housekeeping, visa application)
– Manage workshop, Training, Conference, business meeting organization
– Help new employees to understand about Company benefits, systems and roles
– Control temporary employment and servies (External cleaning services and Production services)
– Manage General affair such as working clothes purchasing order, laundry service, mineral water, complex copy machines and other supplies
– Support the managers in the Human Resources management
– People engagement programs follow up
– Manage overtime record, report, analysis monthly
– Manage monthly closing of temporary wages, meal allowances and subsides
– Liaise with site manager to deploy standards and polices
– Liaise with Singapore regional HQ for HR related issues

Essential Knowledge & Experience:
– Decision Making
– Challengeable and responsible with passion for continuous improvement
– All employee to outperform and maintain a safe environment by providing high level of administrative support to the staff
– Plan, organize and monitor performances in a professional and skillful manner to drive result
– Encourage innovation and create an environment where team members do their best
– Proficient in Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint/ Outlook

– Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or relevant
