Job Description:
Our client is looking for a sales operation coordinator, on a 1 year renewable & convertible contract basis.

Job Scopes:
Order processing and shipment using ERP system.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with warehouse, forwarder and bank in preparing the goods for export with the required documents.
Follow up with distributors for payment and shipment confirmation.
Maintain record of orders and shipment.

Job Requirements:
At least 1 – 2 years of experience of sales coordination experiences.
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistic field
Prior experience in sales coordination function in scientific companies will be an added advantage
Able to work independently
Science background is an added advantage
Able to work under pressure
