Job Description
Our client, an A1 Main Contractor in the Construction industry is looking for candidates for the Quantity Surveyor position. Projects involved are Civil Infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
– Taking off quantities
– Estimating and Tendering
– Project Procurement and Purchasing-
– Project Progress Claims, Variations and Final Accounts
– General contracts administration, including payment, claims and V.O
Skill of negotiation:
Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
– Minimum 1 year of relevant project experience
– Experience in both Pre and Post Contract
