Job Scope:
• Customer: Corporate clients
• Product: Mobile and Call Plans
• Workload: Emails and Calls
• Standard Workload Description: Assist customer for provisioning of services and inbound calls for enquiry
• Additional Workload Description: Ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior/manager
• Must be able to meet the KIP set for the team

Additional pointers:
• Fast-paced working environment
• 5-day work week (Mon to Fri)
• Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu) and 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in any discipline
• Possess MS Office skills (mainly Word, Excel)
