– Preparing outbound documents, eg: invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Original, insurance policy, Certificate Negotiation
– Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders
– Answer and respond to customer inquires on shipping issues.
– Issuance of shipping certificates.
– Filing, scanning of documents.
– Ad-hoc general administrative duties.
– Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level or above
– Atleast 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Experience in Oracle system is an added advantage
