Job Descriptions:
• Provide secretarial and general administrative support
• Including taking minutes of meeting
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Handling of incoming emails, faxes and letters
• Screen incoming calls, assist on documentations. and collate reports and presentations
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 2 year(s), working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
