Job Description:

Responsibilities:
– Responsible to perform the full spectrum of Accounts Receivables function
and month-end closing
– Responsible for debt collection activities including accurate receipts posting into system, update advanced payments received from customers, cheque deposit and assist to resolve disputes raised by customers
– Prepare Bank Guarantee applications
– Perform monthly balance sheet and P/L related schedules
– Prepare quarterly GST reports
– Review and maintain customers’ master records regularly
– Identify and evaluate credit risk by checking on the credit history of clients
– Follow up with customers for timely payment and minimise debts
– Prepare routine monthly reports such as monthly aging reports and sales
reports for submission to the management
– Support internal and external audit queries
– Handle reconciling monthly intercompany balances and billings

Requirements:
– Diploma in Accounting or related field
– Atleast 3 – 5 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable and credit control & collection related functions
– Prior knowledge and experience in debt collections will be huge plus
