Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Document financial transactions
• Report financial information to management by recording and analysing accounting data
• Prepare payments to suppliers by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
• Issuance of cheques and maintenance of cash book
• Reconcile assets, liability and capital account entries by compiling accounts information
• Liaise with auditors on annual audit matters
• Prepare and submission of bank documents
• Ad- hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Business Management/ Accounting or equivalent
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and local accounting practises
• Knowledge of Quick Books and SAP software preferred
