Job Description:
• Up to $2,600 plus attractive bonuses up to 3.5 months!
• Stable Job and non-shift work
• 5.5 Days Alt Sat Morning; 8am – 5pm / 8am – 12pm
• 1 to 1 Training Provided
• Non sales role, only customer service involved

Job Role:
– Handle high volume of incoming calls (enquiries, appointment scheduling, complaints, etc.)
– Provide information accurately and adhere to Internal Process
– Do follow-up call back to customers if required

Requirement:
– Preferably with a qualification in Higher NITEC / Diploma.
– Having contact centre experience is a plus but not necessary
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good communication skills with a passion in customer service
– Good computer skills to input communication record into system
