• Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from customers
• Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with customers
• Perform administrative tasks involving partners’ account. such as changes in information. etc
• Support other departments’ campaigns when the needs arise

Requirements:

• Preferable with customer service/call centre experience
• Minimum 0 levels
