Job Description:
Jurong Island – company transportation provided $22001 month 1 year contract “Customer Service Assistant”

Job Responsibilities:
• Process road (trucks, isotanks and flexibags) loading and unloading orders timely
• Update Customer service coordinators and executives on abnormalities in road orders (i.e. late arrival, incomplete information and etc)
• Filing of trucks and vessels documents
• To answer calls and take down messages for the Customer service coordinators and executives

• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Business management / Logistics / Supply chain
• OR at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service (supply chain / logistics industry) • Able to speak English fluently and speak one Mother tongue
• 5- day work week with the need to do perform overtime on Saturday when required (2 days a year due to business requirements)
• Meticulous person and committed to work
