Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2 application support
• Perform data extraction from SAP legacy system
• Perform simple data cleaning, transformation, verification
• Perform testing on upcoming system change requests and tracks bugs • Assists in Access Matrix Review preparation for multiple systems and post-review support
• Assists in daily 2nd level support
• System documentation and user guide updates
• Assist to update application BAU documentations

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Cert in IT
• Experiences in Application Support
• Proficient in computer software : Excel, Powerpoint, Email, MS SQL Query
• Good team player and proactive
• SAP training provided.
