Job Description:
A MNC with sterling reputation in automation industry is looking for talent as HR Assistant.
Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum of HR duties involving recruitment, orientation and payroll including checking attendance timesheets, overtime, allowances, processing and administration for business units
• Assist in administration of workers movements such as resignations, transfers, promotion, benefits, claims and leave records
• Handle all work passes related application
• Handle employees’ medical insurance and Workmen Compensation
• Update and maintain employees’ records and profile
• General administrative support as and when needed
• Any other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• At least 1 years of relevant experience in the HR department
• Prior working experience in engineering environment is helpful
• Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business associates
