To process beneficiary nominations
To prepare rejection letters
To check the beneficiary nomination updates performed by the team members and update the error tracking file.
To make photocopies of the processed Assignment documents for sending to assignees, assignors, servicing Reps and for archival purpose.
To prepare and send processed documents for archival.
To attach CRS self-certification forms with vesting letters for mail out.
To collate and send the team’s correspondences to Office Services Department for despatch.
Perform ad hoc duties assign by Supervisor or Team Lead
Minimally GCE A ‘levels or Diploma in any discipline
Prior experience with data entry / admin jobs.
Meticulous and organized
Systematic and neat. Able to handle data entry job and proper filing system.
Keen to learn with proper work attitude
Good knowledge of MS Office application
