Job Description:

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for a Admin & IT Assistant position.

Responsibilities:

• Answer. screen and transfer inbound phone calls
• Receive and direct visitors and clients
• General clerical duties including photocopying. fax and mailing
• Staffs and guests air ticket and accommodation booking
• Maintain office supply inventories
• Update and monitor company corporate gifts
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
• Assist in IT support. troubleshooting or maintenance matters
• Assist in monitoring and managing company mobile & telephone related matters
• Liaise with IT vendor on server and networking related issues
• Other administrative/IT related duties as assigned Job Requirements:
• 1-2 years experiences in admin or IT
• IT savvy
• Diploma in any discipline with IT knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft office
