Job Duties:
Manage all activities relating to order processing.
Assist in purchases such as raising purchase request and generating of delivery note.
Maintain and improve order administration process and working instructions.
Assist in purchases such as raising purchase request and generating of delivery note.
Responsible in invoicing and payment related matters once project and service completed.
Provision of general office administration which includes project support work, logistic coordination, checking/ verification/ Photostatting of documents.
Coordination with other business groups on timely response to any queries and issues.
Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, often within short period of time with frequent interruptions and considerable pressure due to immediate deadlines.
Maintain documentation/versioning in share drive/library.
Provision of general administrative and coordination support to the business unit.
Responsible for monthly progress report generation & data/ statistics compilation for customer and team (if any)
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
