Our Client, a Publisher. has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
• Process customers’ orders
• Monitor orders with suppliers
• Provide status reports to customers
• Prepare invoices and delivery orders
• Provide customers’ after-sale service on their orders

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• 2 years experience in customer care will be much preferred.
• Customer centric and meticulous.
• Excellec communication skill
• Able to work independently
