Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for a Admin & HR Assistant position at Jurong Island

Responsibilities:
• Travel arrangement (flight booking. travel insurance, visa, limousine for VIPs)
• Arrange Jurong Island pass for visitors (V-Pass and CIP pass)
• Arrange daily lunch for employees & visitors,courier service, Restaurant reservation,Uniform order and repair when required.
• Office stationery, pant, supplies and toilet, supplies replenish.
• Recruitment such as posting of job advertisement on job portals, arrange for interview, and arrange for pre-employment check-up.
• On boarding and off boarding:
• Prepare and arrange for orientation.
• Manage employees’ probation/ promotion confirmation.
• Exit Clearance
• Process work passes application/ renewal, expatriate management, oversea personnel working application. etc.
• Update of foreign employees’ addresses/ travel documents records with MOM and HR system.
• Be part of recreational committee members in arranging company’s event (D&D, fruits day, etc).
• Prepare manhour report for EHS.
• Prepare business trip policy every quarter.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to commit immediately or on short notice will be an advantage
