Job Responsibilities:
• Work with project lead to provide drafting support to stakeholders based on project requirements
• Provide ad-hoc project support
• Provide administrative support
• Maintain confidentiality of data and information
• Attending meetings and notes taking
• Compile all the notes for all the meetings
• Formatting of documents
• IT Savvy (for all MS office software): knowledge of converting word document into PDF, good in excel (preferably)
• The candidate will also download information from the office portal and put information together • Comfortable to draft emails (means the person English must be good)
• Someone who is able to handle confidential data

Job Requirement:
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Able to adapt writing style and tone based on projects and target audience
• Meticulous proofreader with the ability to critically edit own work
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to work independently
• Able to start work immediately
