Job Description:
Our client, a well known Japanese MNC looking for an Account Sales Manager position:

Responsibilities:

• Increasing Japan Airlines’ revenues and margins by planning, establishing and implementing sales strategies, goals and key performance indicators that support Japan Airlines business objectives and revenue targets with key focus on corporate, high end leisure and travel management companies • Sourcing new business opportunities and converting leads into sales. Maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline
• Developing and managing relationships with corporate customers and key trade partners
• Engage in joint sales and marketing activities with Joint Business partners to grow the level and quality of revenue
• Monitor, analyze and report on competitive industry activity and information.
• Developing tactical sales and marketing activities in support of sales opportunities
• Liaise with internal departments and branches to support corporate objectives
• Representing the company at seminars. conferences. product launches, trade and public expos

Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree or higher
• Strong commercial acumen and history of achieving results
• Experience in business development within the airline/travel industry
• Knowledge of industry systems e.g. GDS, Prism, MIDT will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel
• Participation in sales and trade events
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to make effective and professional sales presentations
