Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Lead the brand marketing department and oversee the brand marketing activities
• Develop and implement a brand strategy in order to increase market share and brand awareness
• Conduct market research, analyse market data, oversee product development and design, set prices, launch new products, oversee advertising campaigns and monitor sales performance
• Identify market opportunities by monitoring, analyzing and evaluating market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities • Collect customer feedback and liaise with internal departments for new product development and product improvement
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with approved annual budgets, quarterly forecast and monthly demand
• Other marketing ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in FMCG health food and supplement industry
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
