Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Full Set of accounts (ARAB GL, GIRO collection, financial report)
• Prepare monthly audit schedules;
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payment voucher/cheque payment
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST return supporting schedules
• Assist in checking and mapping of data
• Perform filing and photocopying tasks Cash count from sale
• Arrange billing supporting documents to send out to partners
• Daily cheque deposit
• Cheque collection between resident office and Managing Agent office • Assist in SAP migration
• Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience
• Diploma in Accounting;
• ACCPAC experience required
• Experience in SAP is preferred
• Strong Excel knowledge and application
