Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Managing all internal and external enquiries relating to clients
• Ensuring client requirements are satisfied within the compliance of company policies
• Execute plans/strategies/initiatives and actively work to evolve existing propositions for clients
• Work closely with sales teams with regards to training, maintaining of sales collateral
• Coordinate closely with clients and internal departments by building and maintaining strong relationship with all stakeholders
• Participate in management meetings for strategic planning and assist General Manager in projects on an ad-hoc basis
• Conduct meetings to maintain KPls, improve internal processes. goal setting, performance feedback etc.
• Present proposals to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct external client visits to foster strong relationships
• Reconcile invoices and credits with finance

Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelors in any field with at least 3 years of experience in account management, client relations etc.
• Able to handle fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills and strong presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and good time management
• Excellent skills in NIS Applications
• Project management/planning experience
• Open to contracts
• Immediate or short notice
