Job Description:

• To assist Sales team in processing customers’ purchase orders and making sure products on time delivery
• Deal with customers on handling enquiries in sales and orders purpose
• Tagging along with sales personnel to meet the clients to address a, critical business-related issues such as ordering management, forecasting, pricing and so forth.
• Performing receptionist duties (stand in) and other operational duties to cover staffs who are absent
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or NiTEC in any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience as customer service is required for this position.
• Cheerful and able to speak with clients face to face and via phone calls
• Able to work in fast pace environment
