Job Description:
• Front desk administration.
• Manage Courier services / office mails.
• Ensure ready supplies of all courier needs especially for overseas use.
• Housekeeping common areas such as reception. main lobby. mailroom, meeting rooms. etc.
• Process all admin related invoices.
• Office stationery supplies management.
• Manage newspaper subscription
• Periodic maintain and update Singapore and Regional offices’ internal phone directory.
• Assist HR Director in other admin duties.
• And other ad hoc duties

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 1 years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
