Human Resource Administrative Officer (Singapore)

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry using Prosoft and provide admin support for on/offboaring of employees such as sending out email notifications, security access cards, name cards, IT equipment request form.
• Generate leave report and prepare final compensation statement for resigned employees
• Preparation of HR letters for staff
• Generate reports for insurance renewals, employee’s records and any ad-hoc data requested by Managers
• Perform audit check on claims received and data cleansing for new HRM system
• Responsible for work pass applications, renewals and cancellations • Prepare monthly manpower report and billing
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Management, HRM or equivalent
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a HR generalist
• Prior experience in Prosoft will be advantageous
• Proficient in using HRMS and MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong customer focus with a flair of reaching out to people of all levels
• Strong numerical skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
