Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Replying of emails. Directing people to book at the different hotels, Answer generic questions, Reach out to hotel when required – all enquiry data to be summarised in excel
• Report cross match – a lot of matching
• Maintaining and cleaning up of database
• Providing data when required (incl. scheduled reporting as well as impromptu updates)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”0″ Level, a, field.
• No work experience required.
• Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
