Job Description
Our client, a Contractor in the Construction industry is looking for a Purchasing Assistant.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers
– Interact with suppliers for purchasing matters (sourcing, negotiation, etc)
– Produce and maintain all tracking lists and reports
– General data entry and undertaking all filing as required
– Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes if necessary
– Support office IT coordination matters
– Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in this job scope, however candidates without experience are welcome too!
