Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Assist department with daily HR admin tasks
• Re-organize and maintain filing including personnel and interview files
• Attend to Departments telephone calls, message taking and communicating and coordinating
• Conciliation for staff OT, NPL, AL and MC
• Assist in gathering and organizing supporting data/information for projects for local and regional offices, as and when assigned
• Prepare presentation materials and documents
• Other ad-hoc HR projects/admin duties as required

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”0. Level, any field.
• No work experience required.
• Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
