Job Description:
Work location: Central

Work duration: 2 years renewable (Transport allowance Up to $250 + Mobile allowance)
Able to start work immediately or within short notice period

Job Duties:
• Conduct interview by Phone or Personal visit
• Data entry for completed surveys
• Status update report to supervisor
• Conduct data verification
• Verify completed survey cases; ensure that the data is accurate and reliable, call respondents to verify the information when necessary
• Administrative work e.g. preparing letters for mailout
• Need to work on weekends when required

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must be able to work on weekends when required.
• Working in a call centre or Telemarketing environment will be added advantage
• Possess outspoken personality and customer-oriented
