Industry: IT Support and Networking
– Perform Daily IT desktops/laptops troubleshooting for users.
– Support users in the company with regards to IT issues.
– Troubleshoot hardware/software IT or Windows server issued
– Involved in basic network configuration and maintenance
– Assist hardware/software troubleshooting.
– Minimum Nitec or Diploma in IT related field
– Atleast 1-2 years of experience in Windows Server/Desktop troubleshooting
– Excellent technical knowledge of PCs/laptiop hardware
– Experience and understanding of ITIL will be an advantage
– Singaporean only.
