Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for an Office Manager position.
• Handling full spectrum of admin work
• Office housekeeping
• Answering calls and enquiries
• Follow through on marketing and sales activities
• Coordination of appointments
• Laising with Japan HQ
• Ad-hoc duties when needed
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency at Japanese to liaise with Japanese counterpart
• Retail experience will be an advantage
